Applications:Only trace amounts required for blood sugar regulation and fat and protein metabolism. Manganese is vital for proper bone growth and works in tandem with B-complex vitamins. It is recommended for lactation, diabetes, asthma, muscle and mental fatigue, epilepsy, PMS, and digestion.
