Ho-shou-wu (Polygonum multiflorum)

Definition:Traditionally used by the Chinese to promote longevity, this herb is rich in flavonoids and is primarily used to restore vigor, strengthen the cardio-vascular system, enhance the endocrine system and tone the liver and kidneys. It is good in applications for chronic fatigue or degenerative conditions.
